First of all, Sway is free - you just need to have a Microsoft account (Hotmail, Live, or Outlook.com), and it's easy to use. Each item that's designated can feature text, images, audio, or video.
One example is Arya's Journey, for you Game of Thrones fans. You can view Arya's journey from the book series on a historical map.
Thinglink - Thinglink can annotate images with text, audio, or video. You can then share your annotated media in a website, LMS, or present online.
